Everyone must sign the passenger list
upon boarding and receive a safety orientation.
|
|
PAYMENT
POLICY: Because we
take a boat off the market for a reservation and do
NOT double book or charge higher prices per hour for
holiday rentals, any
cancellations for reservations on hold must be
received
BEFORE giving the nonrefundable 50% deposit * of charter
rental.
Half-down
payment of cash, money order, bank cashier's check,
traveler's/corporate check
is required to hold a date, and the balance
is due
30 days after the first payment if more than a month
before the charter date.
Full
payment is usually required at least 30 days in advance of
scheduled charter date but does not apply to
last-minute bookings
which should be prepaid in full
unless other payment arrangements are agreed to by
JT's staff.
* Full
payment or 100% nonrefundable deposit is required
for all holiday bookings.
Once the
nonrefundable reservation deposit has been made, no
cancellations, date/time changes are allowed, and no refunds
will be granted.
The
deposit confirms the charter date and time which cannot be changed
so make sure your group will attend the date
chosen before giving a deposit.

HOLIDAY PRE-PAYMENT IN
FULL POLICY
Holidays/holiday weekends
must be prepaid in full with cash, bank cashier's check,
traveler's check or money order
within 24 hrs. of
booking by next-day CERTIFIED delivery with tracking
number by USPO, UPS,
FED EX, DHL, or
meeting in person to deliver payment.
Sorry, no cancellations or time/date changes
allowed for nonrefundable holiday reservations.

RAIN POLICY: Postponement of charter due to
unsafe conditions can occur only by JT's
determination if the renter is present.
A rain check would be issued and used in same season, (except
holidays), subject to
availability. If heavy
rain, lightning or high winds,
the charter
will be either delayed or rescheduled in same year upon availability.
If the rental period has started and inclement
weather arises
during the rental, the boat will return to its
slip. A rain check may be issued or the party can
continue at the dock and use the rental time.
It might be
raining where you are but not on Lewisville Lake, so
call 2 hrs. ahead if questions on weather. |

NO REFUND POLICY: Sorry, JT's does not refund any funds after
payment is received whether
charter was cancelled by customer or
postponed by
driver due to unsafe conditions. Customer-cancelled bookings cannot be rescheduled,
and any payment is forfeited.
If charter is postponed by JT's, every effort
will be made to reschedule the charter within 90
days subject to availability and excluding holidays. |

responsible for any damages,
and payment must be
made within 30 days of the charter date or late fees
and interest charges will
