Our Eagle Point Marina slip has
private parking (included in trip fee) &
easy loading -
Directions
Pick-up/drop-off at any
public courtesy dock
or unobstructed shore on Lake Lewisville is
possible, but if
pick-up is not at our home slip at Eagle Point Marina, time for travel, loading, and unloading is included
in rental time which begins when vessel leaves home slip and
ends with return to same slip. JT's will not charge extra for
transportation time or added fuel costs to other lake locations.
Note: Almost all other lake locations have a
$10/car parking fee and curfew times of 9 or 10 pm to
exit the park.
Some public
courtesy docks or unobstructed shore on Lake Lewisville
may
have additional charges, restrictions or requirements by
the city.
(Cities may charge docking or parking fees
that are not
included in
rental price.)

PLEASE NOTE: Travel, pick-up and drop-off
(loading/unloading) times are
included in rental period if at any other location than
our slip as rental time begins/ends when JT's vessel
leaves/returns to home slip.
Beverages:
All
beverages are to be provided by customer and pre-loaded
onto the boat prior to loading
passengers.
Note: some marinas and courtesy docks do not allow
pass-through of coolers, ice chests, food, drinks, etc.
Pick-up/drop-off
at JT's slip allows all food/beverages/guests to come
onboard or depart within 30 mins. before and another 30 mins.
after rental time without added charges.
If Customer provides
alcohol, group must adhere to laws regarding consumption
of such as no underage (under 21 yrs.) drinking
allowed.
Glass bottles are not
recommended. Please provide water for your guests
as JT's does not provide beverages and assumes no
responsibility or liability for such. JT's provides a
large ice chest for use but please bring ice.
Food
Services:
Any type of food can be
catered through our recommended vendors (click
here), your
caterer or bring your own food. Food must be fully
cooked. All food/beverages should be
pre-loaded/unloaded within 30 mins. before and after
rental time at no extra charge if at home slip.
No gel-type Sterno burners
allowed to keep food heated or to reheat food, but
liquid fuel in metal-framed warmers are permitted.
Customer is responsible for
storing of food/beverages to maintain proper temperature.
Although 2 serving tables are provided to display food,
guests have to eat with plates on their laps as no
dining tables provided.
Note: If pick-up
and loading is not at home slip, travel/loading/unloading times count
as rental time since charter begins/ends when vessel leaves/returns
to
home slip.
No Life Guard on Vessel:
Swimming is at your own risk;
those entering the water must wear life vests. Please refer to
JT's
Liability and Swim Waiver
Requirements:
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due upon charter
reservation with full payment due 30 days later but not
less than 30 days prior to charter date
unless prior approval.
If the second payment is
not made on time, the deposit money will be forfeited
without refund or credit as
JT's cannot rebook another charter on short notice.
Charter date cannot be held
without completion of reservation agreement and deposit.
Charter date cannot be changed once deposit has
been made.
All participants must sign
liability/swim waiver and receive safety orientation upon
boarding.
Customer will provide all
food/beverages and is responsible for any alcohol consumption
as JT's accepts no liability.
Same-Day Charters if time is
available must be paid in full prior to boarding with
cash, money order, bank cashier's or traveler's check only.
PLEASE, NO PETS OR
FISHING ALLOWED!
Cancellation/Refund/Rain
Check Policies:
Due to
scheduling issues, there are no refunds for deposits or
customer-cancelled
charters. Charters are "rain or shine" unless notified
by JT's
If the charter is
postponed by JT's due to heavy rain, high winds or
unsafe conditions at the time of the charter, the
reservation deposit and all payments will be applied to
a new date in the same season upon availability.
Customer must be
present to receive rain check -
Dallas is a large area so it can be raining in
one suburb and still be sunny on the lake!
Customer will not be charged for rain delays if charter
starts later than scheduled due to unsafe weather
conditions.
If scheduling allows, time will be added to the charter
to make up for time lost during rain delay or rain check
given for unused time.
Rain checks will be given for unused time if a charter
is terminated earlier than scheduled due to weather.
All rain checks must be used in the same season as
issued.
Sorry, no refunds granted for unused and expired rain checks.
Holiday/Holiday Weekend Charters:
All holidays
and holiday weekend rentals must be prepaid in full within 24-hrs. of
booking by next-day delivery. Date will not be held
after 24 hrs. if payment is not received. No
cancellations or refunds can be made after payment is
received. Postponement of charter due to unsafe
conditions will receive rain check for use in same year
but cannot be used for another holiday or holiday weekend.
NOTE: Please
understand if you or your guest come on the boat and
damage the equipment you the Customer are responsible
for any damages,
and payment must be made within 30 days
of the charter date or late fees and interest charges
will
apply.
